Remole Rosato is a brilliant dark rose colour. Bright scents of raspberry are followed by lovely hints of sweet cherry. Soft on the palate, mellow, with a clear note of acidity that adds freshness and nicely balances the natural softness.
Remole Bianco is pale straw in colour with greenish highlights. It has a lovely fruitiness on the nose, with notes of ripe pear and nectarine. Delicate floral notes continue onto the palate which is crisp, tangy and full-flavoured. The long-lingering finish is utterly delicious.
A ruby red wine with garnet hues. The nose has prominent aromas of cherry with hints of leather and coffee. The palate is dry and velvety with intense cherry flavours and notes of liquorice through to a long, harmonious finish.

Made with 70% Sangiovese, and 30% Cabernet plus a secret mix of "other varieties", Dogajolo is aged in small wooden barrels to give a structured, ripe, earthy wine with hints of tanned leather.

Chianti Classico San Jacopo Castello Vicchiomaggio is a traditional Chianti Classico, made from Sangiovese with 5% each of Canaiolo and Colorino grapes and aged for 6 months in large oak casks. The wine is full-bodied wine with plenty of dark cherry and spice flavours, and lovely balancing acidity.
Pomino Bianco comes from one of Tuscany's most renowned areas for the production of high-quality wine; it is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are aged in French barriques for a few months before bottling. The wine is floral with exotic hints on the nose, with a mouth-filling mineral-flavoured palate.
Vermentino Ammiraglia Toscana Frescobaldi is a lovely, intense straw colour, which leads to an impressive bouquet of fragrant blossom and exotic fruits, along with a fascinating vein of earthy minerality which is classic of this area. Fresh, crisp and sapid, but well sustained by its structure, it has an intriguing hint of almond on the finish.
Terre More dell Ammiraglia Maremma Toscana, from the Marchesi de Frescobaldi, has wonderful aromas of deep, dark fruits- blackberry and blackcurrant giving way to spiced notes of liquorice and vanilla. Enveloping and beautifully complex, with fine and elegant tannins and a deliciously, long finish.
Nipozzano Chianti Rufina Riserva shows intense fruit notes of wild blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and dark cherry emerge initially on the nose, gradually yielding to more pungent impressions of sage, rosemary, vanilla, and cinnamon. The wine is aged for 2 years in wooden barriques.

Chianti Classico Riserva Agostino Petri is made from 90% Sangiovese and 5% each of Canaiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is kept in small barriques for six months, then large botti for nine more. Spiced plum and ripe, dark cherry fruit flavours are underpinned by lively acidity and lovely fine tannins.
