Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d'Asti (half bottles) is an aromatic Moscato from Asti in Italy's Piemonte region. The wine is low in alcohol (5% abv), naturally sweet and gently sparkling. It is vibrant and fruity; ideal with fresh fruit desserts.
Golden yellow, a complex nose with overtones of mature peaches, apricots and honey, and a delicate background of botrytis. Marked notes of quince jam and creamy honeyed flavours are enlivened by a good level of acidity. Bright golden in colour. Intensely perfumed with floral notes and hints of sultanas, dried figs, nuts and spices. Richly sweet and lingering in the mouth. At its best after at least one year in bottle.

Lovely aromas of sweet peaches and ripe melon with vanilla through to a richly textured palate. Beautifully balanced sweetness which is rich but not cloying with great length retaining freshness throughout.
