More info

Domaine des Cigalounes Lirac is a concentrated wine with aromas of deep, wild cherry fruits and spicy notes. Full flavoured with a smooth texture, silky tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Lirac is an appellation on the western side of the southern Rhône Valley. Domaine de Cigalounes is a seven hectare property which has been certified organic since 2012. It is located on the rocky plateau between the villages of Tavel and Lirac, on the opposite bank of the Rhône from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vines are grown according to traditional philosophies, in red soils with a pebbly topsoil.

Domaine des Carabiniers is deep crimson in colour, a harmonious blend showing delicate notes of violets and liquorice enveloped in nose full of vibrant red fruits. A powerful wine with beautiful structure and balance, through to a velvety smooth texture on the long finish. The domain covers 40 hectares in the Tavel, Lirac and Cotes du Rhône appellations and the vineyards have been certified organic since 2000 and biodynamic since 2011. Owned by the Leperchois family, who are keen devotees to the biodynamic philosophy, the domain derives its name from its role as a coaching inn and the original cellars were developed in the old stables.

Cellier des Princes 'Les Vignes du Prince' Vieilles Vignes is full of juicy red-berried fruit interwoven with typical warm and savoury flavours from the Southern Rhône. Smooth and easy drinking with a supple structure, light tannins and a fruity finish. Created in 1924, the Cellier des Princes is the only cooperative cellar in the Châteauneuf du Pape area.
