New product

Karavitakis Klima White was chosen as one of Jancis Robinson's 11 favourite Greek wines in her Financial Times article in Summer 2017 (Cretan winemakers compare Vidiano with Viognier). On the nose this wine is full of Mediterranean herbs with subtle notes of stone fruits, while the palate is complex with layers of stone fruit and a long finish.

More info

This wine is a blend from vineyards at three different altitudes - 150m, 350m and 650m, the latter giving added structure and depth.

The Karavitakis winery is situated south of the historic town of Chania in Western Crete. They own vineyards around the winery as well as vineyards in the two valleys that run north to south in the middle of the island from Heraklion down to the south coast.

Manolis Karavitakis trained in Italy in the 1960's and continues to supervise all the winemaking, while his son Nikos looks after logistics, exports and marketing.
