We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout depending upon your order size and delivery postcode.
We use DHL Parcels providing a next day delivery service for the vast majority of orders. Environmentally friendly packaging manufactured from cardboard pulp protects the wine from damage in transit, shipped in cardboard cartons sealed with paper tape.
Our delivery charges are less than our actual packaging and courier costs, but we aim to keep our wine prices as low as possible so that we remain the cheapest on the market even allowing for shipping.

Deliveries within the OX11 postcode are free of charge.
Because of external restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, delivery times are slightly longer than usual. We aim to deliver the majority of orders within 5 working days. Outlying postcodes may take longer.
We will confirm the expected delivery date by email - if you wish to delay your delivery please let us know and we will do what we can to assist.
Orders over £325 are delivered directly from the warehouse according to a schedule determined by postcode, and we can specify either morning or afternoon delivery.
Orders under £325 are delivered by DHL Parcels and you will receive tracking information by email and/or text. This information will usually be updated with an estimated delivery time slot, once the driver's round has been allocated on the morning of delivery.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours and all deliveries should be signed for by the purchaser or a nominated signatory. Upon request, deliveries can be left in a secure location upon request but this is undertaken at the purchaser's risk.
In the event that you are not in at the time of delivery, the couriers will attempt to leave it with a neighbour (unless you specify otherwise). If this is not possible they will leave a card and the wine will be returned to the depot.
If delivery cannot be made successfully within seven days, the wine will be returned to ourselves and it will then become your responsibility to arrange collection at your own expense. Under these circumstances we will be unable to refund the delivery charge.
Please note that we cannot accept deliveries to PO box numbers, hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, airports or military bases.
