The grapes used to make Oveja Negra Cabernet Syrah come from the El Condor and La Esperanza blocks from our San Rafael vineyard in Maule. Here the vines are around 14 years old and yields range from 8-10 tons per hectare.
50% of the ﬁnal blend was aged in oak barrels for 8-10 months.
