Bertrand de Monceny Brut Blanc de Blancs is made in the Methode Traditionelle. A wonderfully concentrated and harmonious wine with a bright golden colour and elegant and delicate bubbles. Fruity and expressive, with aromas of almond and apple, and and elegant long lasting flavour with a smooth finish.
The grapes come from the Loire Valley and Languedoc regions. Vinification takes place under a controlled and constant temperature in stainless steel tanks. During the second fermentation in the bottle, the wine is kept on fine lees for 8 to 10 months before bottling with a dosage of 6 grams.
