The Paringa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir View larger

The Paringa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013 (6 bottle case)

The Paringa Pinot Noir has rich powerful aromas of spice and dark cherry, combined with charry oak, secondary barrel ferment mocha and coffee characters, that will integrate further to become more Burgundian like with bottle age. On the palate the wine has rich ripe fruit, firm fine grained tannins helping provide excellent texture and length. This wine will live for 15 to 20 years.

More info

Founded in 1984 by Lindsay McCall when he purchased a derelict orchard, Paringa Estate started small with a 3 tonne harvest in 1988 but has grown considerably in the intervening years. Production is now at 200 tonnes and Paringa Estate is one of the most highly awarded wineries in Australia, regularly winning gold trophies for its Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. “One of the best, if not the best, wineries on the Peninsula” says James Halliday.
