Gaining a cult status among top wine journalists for their elegant, fruit-driven and complex wines, Ulithorne Wines was established in 1969 and is located in the heart of the McLaren Vale. The estate vineyard grows Grenache and Shiraz in the subregion of Blewitt Springs, which is situated on the northern side of the Onkaparinga River National Park. The 65 year old vines are grown in deep sandy soils and produce highly acclaimed wines, which capture the unique characteristics and the essence of their terroir.
