Chianti Classico San Jacopo Castello Vicchiomaggio is a traditional Chianti Classico, made from Sangiovese with 5% each of Canaiolo and Colorino grapes and aged for 6 months in large oak casks. The wine is full-bodied wine with plenty of dark cherry and spice flavours, and lovely balancing acidity.

Marked notes of quince jam and creamy honeyed flavours are enlivened by a good level of acidity. Gaia Notios White Peloponnisos is a fascinating, full-bodied unoaked white, from the indigenous Roditis and Moschofilero grapes. Moschofilero, harvested from the Arcadian plateaux, contributes a vibrant, floral flavour while Roditis, from the Corinthian slopes, provides a smooth lemony character.
A modern styled Cahors with concentrated blackcurrant, menthol nuances and intriguing undertones of crystallised pineapple. Supple with soft, fine tannins, the aromas of fresh black fruits persist on the palate. Full bodied, but approachable with a textured finish.

Domaine des Cigalounes Lirac is a rich blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault. 20% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, giving a fleshy, well-structured wine, with aromas of cocoa, garrigue herbs and damsons.

Andeluna Malbec is aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months before bottling. The wine shows complex aromas of cassis, violets and dark chocolate. On the palate it is firm but silky, with great body and length.
Nipozzano Chianti Rufina Riserva (half bottles) shows intense fruit notes of wild blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and dark cherry emerge initially on the nose, gradually yielding to more pungent impressions of sage, rosemary, vanilla, and cinnamon. The wine is aged for 2 years in wooden barriques.
Primitivo di Manduria 'Talo' San Marzano is a rich, full-bodied Italian red, from Apulia's signature red grape variety. Manduria has its own denominazione for the Primitivo grape. The wine is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, giving it spicy cherry and plum aromas, with hints of cocoa and vanilla on the palate.

Michele Chiarlo's "coolest" Gavi! From the easterly exposed vineyard, Gavi Palás is lively and fresh and thanks to a balanced acidity, and is surprisingy smooth.
