Château Lestrille Capmartin Bordeaux Blanc 2009 is a wonderfully intense, exotic blend of 65% Sauvignon Gris, 25% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon. Fermentation takes place in new oak, after which the wine is aged on fine lees, to increase richness. The wine's mineral, eotic nose is complemented by ripe citrus flavours. A real wonder!

Key facts

Estelle and Jean-Loius Roumage use organic winemaking practices to make wines that are intense, modern and complex. The estate is located in the small village of Saint Germain du Puch (the northern point of Entre-deux-Mers between Libourne and Bordeaux) and has belonged to the Roumage family since the 19th Century.
