For more than 100 years the Delaunay family have worked as both wine growers and merchants in Burgundy. Catherine and Laurent Delaunay established their own négociant business, Badet Clément & Cie, to bring their experience and expertise as winemakers in Burgundy to the most exciting areas of southern France.
The Aude area is situated between Montpelier and Narbonne, where local grape varieties are ripened to perfection of coastal clay-limestone soils.
