We deliver within 10 working days, usually sooner (average around a week). If a product will take longer to arrive in stock, we will contact you to either re-arrange delivery or suggest an alternative product.
You can leave special instructions at the time of your order e.g. if out, please leave in the shed: this is a part of the online order process. You will receive an email from UK Mail, once the package is in transit, to let you know when they plan to deliver the following day. If this is not convenient, they will give you a list of alternative options.
If your wine has suffered a production fault, such as cork taint, please notify us and you will receive a full refund. You may be asked to keep the faulty bottle, as it may need to be returned to the producer for analysis.

We re-package all wines for courier delivery, unless specifically instructed. This is to ensure that your wine reaches you in the best condition possible.

If you have provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation of order message when your order has been placed, including details of your order.
Yes. Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, if you have provided us with an email address, UK Mail will send you an email with details of how to track your shipment.
