Strictly Wine was set up by experienced wine merchant and wine writer Dominic Rippon to provide an exciting range of wines at industry-beating prices. Our philosophy is simple: we select the best wines possible, then offer them at the most competitive prices. We never sacrifice quality for profit and never buy a wine simply to hit a price point.

We are small enough to offer a personal service and think that wine should always be served with a large helping of fun!

Dominic Rippon is wine correspondent for France Magazine and author of Dominic’s France: The Cool Climate, a narrative guidebook to the vineyards of northern France. He draws on many years experience in the wine trade both in the UK and in France, including a stint making wine in the Loire Valley.
Dominic was Senior Wine Buyer for Averys Wine Merchants and Telegraph Wines before setting up Strictly Wine in 2009.
