Your Wine Delivered

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £175 value.

Other deliveries are charged at £6.99 for orders between £75 and £175, and £8.99 for orders less than £75. This graded pricing scale is designed to offer a discount on larger orders; for smaller orders, we must charge the full cost to us of postage and packing. We use the FedEx or UK Mail national courier services.

Customers may also collect for free from our despatch location in Wedmore, Somerset, United Kingdom; once you have placed your order and selected the 'free collection' option, we will contact you to let you know how to find us.

Average delivery time is around one week, depending on location, and delivery will always be made within 10 working days of the date when your order is placed. If for any reason delivery is likely to take longer, we will contact you, by phone or by email, to advise either when the product will be back in stock, or to suggest an alternative product that is available.

Our minimum order quantity is a single 6–bottle case (including different formats e.g. half bottle, Magnum); larger quantities can be purchased in multiples of 6 bottles.

We generally re-package your wines prior to delivery, so that the wine reaches you in the best condition possible.

This delivery policy is for mainland UK locations only (excluding Highlands); please contact us by email or phone for a quote for other locations.

Please note that we cannot accept deliveries to Hotels or PO box numbers. Also, deliveries to Schools/Universities/Hospitals/Airports or Military bases cannot be accepted on our website; please call 01934 807864 to arrange these deliveries.

If the courier is unable to make delivery, they will leave a card with their contact details. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery or to collect from the courier's local depot.
