The Botti family owns 20 hectares of vineyard in the south of the Mâconnais, in southern Burgundy. They have worked these vineyards and perfected their art for more than 80 years. St Véran is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes from vines planted in clay and chalk vineyards a south easterly exposure.
