Domaine Grand Roche Chablis 2010 is a fresh, crisp mineral-scented Chablis made by vigneron Erick Lavallee from his 22 hectares of vineyards around the village of St-Bris-le-Vineux.
This characteristically mineral and citrus Chablis is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the limestone soils in the north of the Chablis area. The wine is aged on its lees for up to 9 months before bottling, to add complexity and fullness of flavour.
