Domaine Le Pin Sauvignon Blanc 2010 is a fresh, grassy, mineral white wine from the Comté Tolosan vineyards, near Toulouse in South West France. The cool maritime climate makes this area better suited for growing Sauvignon Blanc than the Mediterranean Languedoc, so this wine is more reminiscent of the refreshing Sauvignons of the Loire Valley.

Cazal Viel Chardonnay Viognier 2010 Pays d'Oc is made at the Cazal Viel estate, in Saint-Chinian. This wine is an elegant, moreish blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Viognier. Some of the Viognier is fermented in oak barrels, giving a hint of burgundian class and richness to the wine's fresh, mineral, vibrant flavours.

Sept Saisons Viognier 2010 Pays d'Oc is made by star winemaker Edouard Labeye, from the vineyards around Rieux Minervois in the Languedoc. This cool microclimate gives a wine with fresh citrus acidity to balance the floral, peachy flavours of the Viognier grape. Edouard Labeye also consults in the Rhone Valley and in Radford Dale, South Africa.
