Elysium Black Muscat 2010, from winemaker Andre Quady, is made from the rare dark-skinned Black Muscat variety. It has a rose-like aroma, which led Quady to name the wine Elysium, Greek for heaven. Sweet and velvety on the palate, Elysium is a a hedonistic wine lover's dream.
Parducci Deep Roots White 2010 is a fine blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Muscat and Pinot Grigio. The blend equals far more that the sum of its parts, with a floral, zesty nose; the grapiness of the Muscat combines with the fatness of the Pinot Grigio to give a satisfying, food-friendly palate.
